I will explain who the intended user is for Motus Nova.

“Thanks for helping with this usability feedback session.”

For my capstone 1, I am working with a biotech startup with their website. A little bit about Motus Nova: a rehab tech company that makes at-home technology for stroke survivors or other brain injury survivors.

Before we get started, I wanted let you know the structure of this interview. It will be split up in 2 parts.

The first part will have you typing feedback directly on the website on your phone which I will explain more in depth how to do soon.

I will not be talking to you during this part, but I would like you to voice out your thoughts as you explore the website.

Once you completed your exploration, we’ll enter the 2nd part of the interview.

We’ll go back and delve deeper to explore the why’s behind your feedback.

Does that all sound good to you or do you have any questions?

Is it okay to record this interview?

“So I am going to put you in a scenario. Imagine if you have a loved one who is back from the hospital after having a stroke. You saw them getting better in therapy, but they stopped due to external reasons. So they are now back home not doing any therapy. You do a Google search “stroke rehab” just to see what is out there and find Motus Nova. How might you explore the website, if your main goal is to understand what Motus Nova is and to assess if this will help your loved one?”
